Outside S&MS and Lattice, nobody should expect a bonus or merit increase. Head of S&MS is now “president”.
At least there was a big change in Content, though the successor isn’t much better.
Quite a few people in my group in SH have found better gigs. Expecting more to leave

Smart people will leave. 1950's management style. Black Knight is doing well and they s— all the resources and $ from this org. Replacements being hired in China, India and South America.
You heard the formula. Work hard. Come in early and stay late. What you didn’t hear is that it will never be enough. The goal will keep getting moved every time you get close. This idea that only the poor performers will not get a raise or bonus is a joke. Does anybody believe they would keep poor performers around long enough to deny them a merit increase or bonus? So exactly who won’t be eligible if not everyone is eligible? Look in the mirror. Dedicate your hard work to finding a new job, and save your home runs for your next employer.

I got the gist that the company is doing well, but don't expect the employees to be rewarded financially. The reward is you won't be cut from a company led by such fantastic senior leadership.
