Lol. You might soon find out. KB always battled with SC on how to compensate and align. Like LJE, SC doesn’t hold sales people in high regard even though they are a critical piece of that process that allows her to populate cells.
CD would be my guess to look after sales while MH gets well or a replacement is found.
easy... DD is the next...
SC: she's the brains and the controls for all deals, policies, financial, legal and hr decisions. Only sales people report to Hurd, everyone else that does corporate development, financial, sales transactions and policy for deal management, approvals and ordering are under Safra. All the stringent, risk adverse, pain in the a$$ deal requirements all come from her office. She controls everything.
What's so special about it?
no clue how to manage sales people
SC running the sales org - omg, that will be a sight to see. That woman pisses off half the client executives she meets and has no clue how to manage sales people. Get ready for more management by spreadsheet because that’s all she knows. GET THE HECK OUT!!!
SC will run it
If the the government is serious about going after him, being on leave won't save him. His lawyers can negotiate a $ettlement even if he's in the hospital. And if he has to serve jail time, I'm sure that .gov will have their own doctors check him out before commuting the sentence.
a mime would do a better job... His reason for taking a leave could be cover for fraud
