Is the AST being combined with AYS?

In the Neighborhood stores, AST Supervisor takes on the management of AYS and becomes a Selling Support Supervisor instead. AST and AYS are still separate entities. Neighborhood stores are only in very small volume doors for now.
The onboarding captains are the people leaders and that goes back to they can’t do anything without AST. There’s the holiday/seasonal onboarding captain so don’t see that person taking over the role.
training won't be hurt, because now there's an onboarding captain who will get more money than you do to perform a fraction of your job!!!!
Training will go in the toilet! People Leaders and SM can’t do anything without AST.
i thought they piloted this in some stores? What was the outcome?
