Very clearly NOT targeting low performers, it’s almost as if they are doing the exact opposite from what I’ve seen. Punishing people for being well paid and good at their jobs, taking the hit for our last quarters financial mistakes. They got nothing, basically got c-apped on and kicked out with nothing.. No insurance, no pay, nothing. This is how we treat our people, like the are worthless.. It’s sad.
