Montgomery wards lives on in name only, Swiss colony owns them now, wouldn’t exactly call that thriving, especially compared the size and success they once were.
Yes, Amazon sends the wrong stuff all the time. They just allow you to keep the wrongly sent item since they know they screwed up.
Sears.com will not thrive as long they continue to purposely send members the wrong merchandise. It's a disgrace. Amazon doesn't knowingly send out their customers the wrong items.
