I’m a new ASM trainee and I’m seeing quite a few posts on GWP. What is the overall structure going to look like and what is the likelihood of me being out of a job? Please, no trolls.

asm jobs are history. Get out while you can.
There will be a academy trainer underneath a team lead also

Walmart would not be going through the trouble of streamlining if they were going to have so many positions available. I think you’re going to find a different reality when it’s all done.
The format for super centers seems to be store manager, 1 co-manager, 6 coaches/business leads (co-manager level), and 3 ASMs (ACC, AP, and E-Commerce).
