Who here thinks there will be another layoff come June? Everything is such a mess!!

It's happened every year since 2013. What would make you think it won't happen again this year?
Sales are down again so I suspect they will cut again. Until we get better leadership and products we will continue to go down both in sales and size. We keep hearing the empty words of putting the customer in the center but I’ve seen the opposite of that at Pearson. Downsize tech support and give the extra load to reps. Downsize customer service and give the extra load to reps. Downsize CSR group and give the extra load to reps. Tell the reps to update the poorly designed OneCRM constantly and now be phone reps and work from home. All of this is happening while our competition is taking our business and creating new and better products faster than us. We are a mess top to bottom. No denying it. I don’t see one area where we are not unorganized and have a good strategic plan. More change coming!

June? How about by Christmas. 2020 will be another bloodbath.
