Just overheard my manager talking to HR that OLP plans to layoff many in the US - mainly Houston and Midland - Has anyone heard similar talk

This should not be a surprise. NAL is slowing down, and the OneStim initiative has failed, despite being a good idea in the first place. I wonder what made it fail. This is what matters, learning and improving.
