Does anyone know who posted this in the indeed review site.
I was an account administrator there and agree with absolutely everything.

If you lose your job, do not apply at that location.
You have been forewarned here.

You can go there are look at the
original post and when it was posted.

I also believe the longer workers who had been there a long time, had total control
over everything.

They were lazy and rude to everyone. They were only nice to the friends they had there.

The only think I would disagree with that I didn't post here, is that they mention that
the health insurance is good here.

In what forum have you ever heard a place have bad health insurance in regard to this.
Here is the post below. Again, you can look up the original post yourself also.

little pay outdated processes

former employee - woodland hills california posted from indeed review site
Aetna in woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
