Keep drawings of a project, of which you were minimally involved, from old employer. Tell new employer you were the lead on said project. Even with drawings, build a inferior project for the new employer but make lateral internal shift before they find out it is not good.

Haha it seems like Weatherford got shafted again with a super star new hire. Sadly, the con artist will stay and get promoted as a classic WFT move
Can I Friday fish as a 3 out of 4 fellow?
Sounds like bad recipe to start with if your using a WFT drawing as your basis of design 🤣
I think champion is a nuevo euro term for the main cheerleader for a pl. You have to have them if youre going to work for euro customers. Its like "whilst" and "role" "whilst" filling the "role" of fill in the blank product line "champion", i found the location 3 out of 4 times...up from my predecessors 3 out of 5....
WTF is a research fellow? A bankrupt company making up positions now for their buddies? Oh and btw wtf is a PL champion? Are they a hero of some sort or like a cheerleader?
If you have to do that, you deserve to be unemployed.
The most important step is to snag some drawings from Weatherford that work (oxymoron) on your way out to that new startup.
Rinse.
Repeat.
