My wife worked for Sears in Forida when KMart bought Sears and became Sears Holdings, She retired soon after that, but all the employees predicted that within 15 years, KMart/Sears would go belly up. The remaining employees would get shafted, and Eddie Lampert and his gang would walk away with billions in their pockets. Looks like they were right.

Hopefully she knows how to spell FLORIDA
When Kmart bought sears, sears was already in bankruptcy.
Eddie saved sears and got a lot of people, hundreds of thousands in fact, to retirement.
Sears was the leech that brought down a successful thriving Kmart. I know it hurts but that’s the truth.
