The goals set by the company are realistic. I’m not a fan of field leadership quadrupling the targets thinking if the bar is set high we will maximize the sign ups. They think it will sound cute when they tell their bosses that they set high standards for the team. The opposite is true...Unrealistic targets are demotivating.
Come on. It’s not that hard. On a bad day my store gets 5. On a good day we get close to 20. All you gotta do is just ask every customer on the register.
The DL's text of nothing else but Care Pass. It is like they have been indoctrinated from Larry Merlo, that they are required to push this money making scheme. Meanwhile, there is no push for flu shots, etc...…..
The Company has no Field Leadership. They only listen from, the top down leadership.
In my district we now have to go to a meeting if you don't get a minimum of 14 signups per week. In this 2 hour meeting we will do wonderful things like role playing and listen to how other stores are k–ling it so there is no reason why we shouldn't be doing the same. We do try but our store is in a poor neighborhood and it's hard to get people to pay for something when they're used to the "free" extra care card.
