I told some of our new hires about this site. One told me, she already heard about it 2 days after she was hired and she's already looking for something better.
Once they fired all their career, long term employees, to stop paying their insurance- Will never recover from the downward spiral !
Ordering bags would be a good first step.
Fire all the managers and District Managers who have been there longer than 10 years.
I’d say FIVE years. The whole business has taken a nosedive the past 5 years.
ALL the DMs need replacing and there’s NO confidence in the managers. They ALL need to go !
They’ve lied to employees and have done NOTHING to promote a good work environment.
MOST of the good employees have LEFT ( either UNJUSTLY fired or FED UP !) anyone still there will never leave ( out of fear or low self esteem)

Remove every chair. sofa, seating apparatus that isn't in the cafe. People use those to just indulge themselves and make more work for the staff to clean up. Tire of people using books/magazines as frigg'in coasters.
