Sounds like the last time we went out, back in 1998. Came back in for essentially the same terms that we left over. The big issue, pay for performance for certain outside technicians, not only didn't affect most of the bargaining unit but the company was begging the union to let them end it within a couple of years after.

ATT worker here don’t believe the hype. The strike feels as if it were for nothing. Trying to apply for CenturyLink, hows it over here?

We can't even stop scabbing free pager pay for the company and you seriously think a large chunk won't cross on the first day? Get real. If you want what AT&T (a successful & profitable company without a financial house of cards that would make Joe Nacchio blush) has, quit and go work for them. This is as good as it gets at SS CenturyLink.

Yeah big strike Sunday to Wednesday woohoo now they just guaranteed they get forced to work the weekend to play catch-up, wanted to make a statement but came back for holiday pay plus new it wouldn’t be long because they would lose their insurance on Monday new month and unlike CTL they have strike fund
