Yeah the no raise thing is why I left.
All of them got HUGE bonuses and us front line workers got nothing. Only cares about the business and no regards to the employees. Understand that he has to make the business better, but all this cultural c-apola they spew out doesn't make this place better. This is a sad place to work for right now, maybe will be better in 2020 as we are currently in a transition as they say.
I have a great idea! Layoff Storey andContract out the CEO at less than half his salary. The contractor can go to meetings carry several pens and a note pad to look important. This way stakeholders can feel comfortable. That will save Centurylink a ton of money.

Pretty sad state of affairs... and he’s going to tell you how your a drag on the company’s bottom line... while he and the fat cats on the top enjoy great pay increases and world class health care.... suffer you peasants!
Poor guy will be living on the street soon with that compensation, need to sell off more assets and layoff more employee's. Pity he doesn't believe in bonuses or performance raises to people in this company. :)
That's a lot of Stock to own at 11 dollars a share to get 33million from.
