This shows how out of touch he is. Audio lines dropped because all the Skype and Telecom staff were laid-off or outsourced to AT&T. Skype is not a go-forward product. Even Microsoft is abandoning it and moving to Teams. There are so many better and cheaper options available, but let's try and invest in a strategy that was probably a bad idea 5 years ago and is a dinosaur today.
