Things seem to be looking up all around. Even office morale has improved significantly in the past month or so.
Does this mean we can finally relax and fully devote ourselves to doing our jobs without a threat of layoffs hanging over our heads?
Because frankly, I'm really tired of always stressing out over what might come next.
I’ve been here for 20 years ... we always think “there’s no way to cut us any thinner” .... but they do .... they always do ... and coupled with the fact that they get 5 ppl in India for the price of one person in the US we are never safe
Plain and simple, they can not keep laying people off. Too many people has left the company.
I am with you. Morale and productivity are up!!! but you cant say that here.... bunch of haters here!!
Are you new to sungard? If there’s one thing you can set your watch to it’s the annual sungard holiday layoffs .... remember last year they even had layoffs on Xmas eve?
