Most companies offer bonuses, and those companies grow each year and so do the bonuses, they also do not lie to lie to them and treat the employees like c-ap. What's the big deal about a company that is shrinking in a dying market paying a small bonus. Surprised to get one as the company missed the plan by a mile? Drop a couple of billion in revenue and pay a bonus is strange, or the execs had to pay something to the sheep to get their big bonuses is more likely. Congratulations on having no dignity, easily pleased and no balls to get out of your comfort zone and go to a growing company. The exec team found their perfect sheep!
