Monroe employee entry employees are beimg targeted due to lies and poor management. They are fighting amomg themselves and throwing everyone under the bus and the new manager is so naive she believes all of it. If you are in Monroe get out! Take package forst but sue doesnt want you and especially when ready to sell company. Micromanagent and loss of friemdships is mot worth it.

I would agree! The culture of CTL has drastically become a toxic workplace in most areas. They are losing people left and right voluntarily. The integrity line no longer works and hands out promotions when reported instead of reprimanding, the employees are over worked and everyone is fighting for their jobs.

Good advice for any Monroe work group. It's only going to get worse and CTL shrinks. LA would be happy if it's just a receptionist and a PO Box as long as they officially keep the headquarters there. Just like Delta Airlines that held their shareholder meetings in Monroe until 1997.
