Has anyone heard of possible layoffs in onshore Customer Service (Member or Provider)? Sites were laid off last year, the new sites have had incredible difficulty achieving any performance guarantees. Directors are in conference this week in Virginia and being secretive. Now there is a hiring freeze that includes pending offers. It feels the same as before the other sites were closed.
Does anyone know anything?
