I’m really asking myself why I worked 82 hours last week in a overly stressful situation due to cut payroll and system issues for a company that doesn’t recognize or appreciate my efforts. The current conditions really are abuse.
Yeah, this company is getting so sociopathic that I cannot say I know anyone who loves their job with Follett.
They look at it but all they do is get mad that people are posting or look for “leaks” of information. They don’t care about making changes, they want to squash the forum from which complaints are coming from.
