CVS has long been known to impose their arrogant perception of themselves in the media and on Wall Street- they are the smartest and best. In reality, do a survey of actual customers. Customer satisfaction is, and always has, been poor. Since employees are rewarded or fired based on the customer satisfaction surveys, they fill them out themselves. True customers say the same things over and over- not enough staff, takes too long to fill, and its is never in inventory; those comments are ignored. Speaking of not enough staff, wouldn't it be nice if CVS, the States, or Federal Government, published ALL of the mistakes that are being made. Being self-insured, they settle their own claims. Risk your life and get your pr-scrip-ion filled at CVS. Merlo should remember the lady that got chlorpropamide instead of chlorpromazine- went into a coma with severe brain damage.

Remember Bernie Madoff. That promotion that they want to improve patient compliance with medications- folks its a scam. When your pr-scrip-ion is filled (whether you want it or not; ReadyFill), YOUR INSURANCE company pays CVS at the time it is filled (NOT when you pick it up if you wanted it). Your copay is only a small portion of the cash flow. Let's see 9000 stores filled 300 pr-scrip-ions per week x $30.00/pr-scrip-ion = 81 MILLION dollars/week. That should improve their cash flow right. What is Wall Street thinking? Isn't that like a ponzi scheme. Merlo rents himself out for speeches. I wonder if he would be a clown at a children's birthday party?

CVS arrogant naaaaaaaaa....
After all they are going to reinvent Pharmacy. Just like they reinvented inventory control about a half dozen times. They reinvented hiring a couple of times. They reinvented customer surveys a few times and how to treat a customer more than a few times. They reinvented customer pickup. They reinvented how you evaluate your business. They reinvented scheduling. They reinvented payroll. What they need to do next is reinvent how they fill positions in upper management.
