With TB pulling the levers with their hired consultants and shutting out even senior RB management from making decisions what message does that send? We've seen both humorous and not so nice barbs at RB management on these boards. The truth is not all RB Management is incompetent but TB seems to think they are given they don't trust them to make any decisions. And the recent decisions could not have been rolled out more poorly. Who is steering the ship? No recent updates from PM, AE, DM, MS or anyone else who are supposed to be our leaders? Going on 5+ years of service and never been more disappointed in my company.

Leadership and TB literally doesn’t care about the people, we know this. It’s almost an ongoing joke with them seeing how low someone’s Glassdoor rating can be and how angry they can get us p-ss-d off. Why else have promotions, after a RIF, especially with whom were promoted.
Interesting to see this post and then the same day get a feel good email from PM and another VP promotion announcement from AE. More promotions right after a RIF- very cold. Perception only seems to matter for the riff-raff.
