Can anyone share the process? Do people in Rvbd typically give 2 weeks leave notice or they just rage quit? How many weeks do people have when theyre rifed? Are they still buying back class A/B given the bad financial situations.

Yeah, nothing is anonymous about that exit interview. Any feedback you give WILL be shared with your direct manager and their peers. Even if your name is not used, there are not enough employees leaving that week to mask your identity. It will be clear about who said what. You need these people to be on your good side when they are asked about you.

Nothing gained by burning bridges, no matter how minor. Be very vanilla in your exit interview. You're leaving so you've already won.

Give your 2 weeks and never burn your bridges now matter how much sh– you want to tell them. Be nice, polite and honest and move on.

You will get a nice 9% annual return on your class A shares. It will take about two months though to get it all back. I would give two weeks notice and go on auto pilot the last two weeks.

Give two weeks and provide honest feedback during your exit interview - don’t skip it. There’s a lot of details about managers and directors from from theee interviews people that I hope determined the fate of bad managers leaders.

As for stock, not sure if I’d care too much about them, especially the class B’s
