I’m 99.9999% convinced that Pearson is lead with such lack of intelligence. It could be a great company/job—but there isn’t a fully functional brain from in the area with Sr Leadership.
Let’s release 5 hrs of modules during BTS and rather than automating the ‘Closed - Won’ stage within 1CRM, let’s have the reps do that simultaneously as well.

People don't want to leave because they will actually have a goal to meet and have to work/travel. They want to keep working their 4 hour days with no accountability. That's the truth. But they will be the first to complain about leadership, the industry, etc here. I've heard so many people say for YEARS they want to leave, and never pull the trigger. We all know why.

The toxic message above about "I got of ton of emails..." speaks to the demise of the company. Pearsons' lost their team spirit and many don't understand how or why people are there to help one another. You should be focusing on your competition not your co-workers when it's the competition coming after you. Not to mention some that were laid off would like the jobs of some of you that are so disenchanted with yours.
Those calendar invites for blocks of open time where people can ask questions and get answers? Oh yeah, sounds like a waste of time. Funny, they were requested by multiple people on multiple occasions.

If you aren't happy there (or that unhappy) leave. Find a new job because they are out there and why allow yourself to be made miserable if you don't like the culture or leadership? Some people wonder what will happen post lay-off but the truth is everyone survives it and most thrive with a fresh start from Pearson or anywhere else. Don't be afraid to make positive changes.
I got a ton of emails today from the person with like a half dozen names and multiple hyphens. Not only was she rude at the nsm but this nonsense has nothing to do with me being successful. The emails (as usual) were immediately deleted into outer space. Zzzzzzzzzzzzaaap!
