I'm so happy to go to bed tonight knowing I won't have any stress tomorrow such as, not knowing how many service calls I will be given cause the tech can't see his or her routes. Knowing I won't have any pressure to sell a ridiculous warranty of any kind cause if you can't sell for a week Mike Pusz the tech manager will treat you as a dirt bag or he will be completely unreachable so when you act on your own and he comes back after having to answer to someone about what you did and he says, you need to contact me next time you think of doing that. Lol nope... Not missing a min of sleep tonight. #idontmisssearsoneiota

Hey. “still hanging on” why not look for a better deal? There are higher paying jobs out there, and ones that value your demeanor and attributes! All sears cares about is if you can make a dollar for them and as soon as you can’t your gone buddy. And if they can’t find a reason to fire you they will make you snap to fire you then or make you just wanna quit. Me I just took it out on my van. Every time I needed to accelerate it was to the floor, when I needed to brake you guessed it to the floor.. it’s ok they had those bumper caution stickers to notify traffic smashing into your rear that the vehicle makes frequent stops. I’m surprised I didn’t rip off the steering wheel. I broke the windshield with my iPhone after they kept adding calls and I was way behind and ready to quit. I look back and just laugh now as I lay down to get a good night sleep.
