DXC Middle Management is as BAD as Sr. Management

This post has lots of comments about Mikey; Paulie; Jo.....BUT, in my experience the Field Management at DXC ( Sales and Delivery) are just as bad. VP's, Directors all SCK. In sales, they have no idea how to manage a TEAM; no strategy; no direction. In Delivery, not much better but at least I give them a little breathing room since they have zero resources to do the job. It amazes me that these bozo's still have their job.....and because they SCK, they probably have been looking to get out but can't a find a job.

Maybe if the Sales people actually knew anything technical and really sold what the offering states we wouldn't have this problem. Delivery, is stick with Offerings that we can put in place and what the Sales people sold. They are NEVER EVER the same.

So blame management for not bringing Delivery, Offerings and Sales into a room and telling everyone what we sale. Because Sales force descriptions are a joke.

How many salespeople worldwide hit their numbers? That’s the question to ask. 3 salespeople in the US hit 100m. That still leaves a big hole to fill. The salespeople are the worst I have ever worked with. The good ones have gone leaving the sh– behind. It’s a graveyard for the dysfunctional id–ts who can’t get jobs elsewhere and I include the sales management in that as well.

DXC's top 3 sales guys in the US Healthcare division earned over $500k with commissions in FY'19 after inking deals >$100m. They aren't looking, and can afford to take the time to do so if they wish.
