SRO changes

Any new word on SRO layoffs. Mine seems to be really losing his mind right now. Screaming at our group during meetings, write ups for petty things, frequent threats. Just wondering if there are plans to combine areas.

My manager took a package and last day is tommorow. He said he had had enough threats from upper management and don't agree with the way they wanted him to treat us technicians.

Tie off a roll of orange flagging tape under his truck and balance it on his rear axle just to let him know you're thinking about him the next time he leaves the office.

Are you guys union? If so contact your local steward. Yelling at employees and creating a hostile environment gives way for a grievance.

Depending on your SRO's demeanor they are finally getting a taste of what the craft has been dealing with for 20 years and don't like it.

I remember many being smug and callous concerning the craft employees, others were very concerned and walked away due to it conflicting their morals on how things are or were done. These situations really show the character of those given authority over others.
