21 years, EDS, HPES etc. Quit in December of 2016 after they k–led the US severance plan and laid off half my team, which were all billable resources, and then couldn't understand why the client got upset.
2+ years at my new gig, half the stress, 50% more money, better benefits at a lot less that I was paying before, bosses that actually say things like 'good job' and 'thank you'. Annual bonuses that don't come in the form of coupons for something you didn't want in the first place...
Not every lawn out there is green and lush, but compared to the festering cesspool that DXC has become, the chances are you'll only regret not having done it much sooner.
