Norfolk Southern has hired an outside source to conduct time studies at all its divisions. International Unions have the right to be notified during any type of time study so they may include a union engineer in on these studies. Unions have not been notified of such studies.Bargaining in bad faith has and always will be a big problem with this company with no regard to contracts,rules,regulations, and a lot of circumstances employee safety. All class 1 railroaders need to unite now to fight this corporate giant and slay the need for greed campaign that is ruining families lives.

Anyone who is dumb enough to believe that there is not going to be a major furlough at RLS and SCX before the beginning of September is an id–t. I just hope everyone is coming up with a plan to support your families. If not,stay on your phones playing and watch.

you lost all credibility when the article announced illegal time study. this battle was lost when we participated in standard work. hell we wrote the dam things. that was when the union gave in to time studies. got to hand it to you, you talk like a yes man yourself Adrian. i’m starting to think your just playing and like to stir things up.. talking trash about union officers. what happened did you get the boot from a held position?? or something more like you quit one??
Easy for you to say something and do nothing yourself eqy. Your only as strong as your weakest fake Union Officer. Reread the article and join the unity to stick together. Make railroads great again.

I agree with you Adrian. I've seen what fake union officers have done to csx when Hunter Harrison took over. Didn't hear a word out of them and a lot of families lives got ruined by all the cuts that took place. We can't let our Union's be run by bogus officer's who are mere company men in disguise. Thank you kun and cwz very well written and versed. I'm very appreciative of fellow railroaders who read the main article and fully understand the unity in it. I just hope someday we get real Union Officer's in place that have backbone to stand up to the corporate greed and not tuck their tails and cower to be Union busters . Fake Union Officer's will pick an argument with a Union Member but when it comes to the Company and sticking up for their members they always side with the company and become Yesmen.
If it's the same company we had at scx about a month ago it's ot a time study group, it's a how much can we cut and get by with group.
I agree all unions should unite under one union. Then we should strike and when the president tells us to go back to work tell him to funk off and stand our ground. Then maybe we can get a fair shake I understand we are well paid but year over year we lose a little more and corporate greed wins more and more. It's time to take a stand and fight for the American dream just as our ancestors did in the late 1800s through 1900s. I don't have the answers on how to achieve this goal but I'm sure there is a way to do it.

this is old news. they time study is all the time. it’s how we are paid. i think this is like the 3rd external review in the last 15 yrs. everyone knows a RR is a slow worker anyway. stop trying to act like you know what your talking about. Adrian

When you have the kind of money Norfolk Southern has you can buy anybody off. Research all the politicians they bought off. Every politician,Republican or Democrat that's in office through the States NS operates through have contribution money handed to them from Norfolk Southern. Hush Hush money hmmmm!!??
