Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Our building just hit 25 years, with less than 100 original hires getting the $200 25 year service award. Then the exact same week most are hitting 25 signs go up that new hires get a $2000 sign on bonus. Makes you feel really valued that we gave them 25 dedicated years, and are now worth about 10% of a new hires value. Happy Anniversary.

This is so not true had 200 hours once I was never I get 3 weeks 4 weeks after 25 years almost half there

alot of companies are looking to cut costs right now most retail workers don't have a union to protect their interests not exclusive to target still it's pretty horrible
