What has happened to the folk that came across as part of the Xirrus Wi-Fi acquisition? Has that BU now closed down? I cannot get any support whatsoever, nobody at Riverbed seems to know what is going on, or even cares.

We are still here. Riverbed hasn't been good to existing Xirrus customers, but Xirrus BU is wanting to help. I'm not sure how to get you in contact with the right persons.

Get their VP Support on LinkedIn. His initials are L.C. Dont let him juust pass you off to someone else!!! If youre persistent with him, he will get involved and then to people who can solve. The key is keeping him engaged through the entire process. Sad to say its come down to having to do this.
River Bed has been dead for years as soon as they got bought by private equity. The goal is to milk existing support contracts dry and let products die.
