Word is out that theres a store mgr only conference call Thursday 7/18 @ 730 am.Kmart stores only in our region. Anybody else hear?

Word is out that someone said that they heard from someone that an associate saw the store manager sitting in her office and crying. Something must be happening!

This is not news. There’s a call every week
This is the normal, format specific “own the weekend” call. All that happens is the market leader talks for however long, then stores get yelled at for unfilled LRQs/unfinished OKRs/low SYW/credit/signing etc. IIRC Sears does them later Thursday or Friday.
