I realized there is really nothing for us to look forward to on July 18. There is no best case scenario for us here - no matter how well or badly Union Pacific is doing, the answer will always be layoffs.
The only thing we can guess is how bad it'll get. Hopefully, we'll at least see a slowdown in RIFs, if nothing else.
BNSF carloadings are down over 5%. Carloadings as a whole across the railroad are down.
They are going to spin everything in their favor. Car loadings 200 now our operating ratio is 15% yeah us.
Union Pacific Carloads are weakening. BNSF is getting stronger.
