Looks like reality finally caught up with the Customer Success org (or whatever they are called now) and about half of the org has been put on 30 day notices.
The Stormbreaker axe fell hard and swift. Good luck, peeps.

The CSM org is still going strong in Europe.
Don’t be silly, O doesn’t fire execs no matter how incompetent; O just lays of staff.
I've seen no indication that CB was to be removed, does anyone have any sort of confirmation of that whatsoever?
If anyone deserves it, it was her. probably best thing about the layoff was that I don't have to sit through her 90 minute all hands BS meetings. Just pure stupidity.
The fall of customer success. Oracle doesn’t get it.
~80 people based on CB's current Aria count
How many people is this 40%?
40% of SaaS CSM org whacked. Not sure of the split between actual CSMs and useless support staff brought onboard to feed CBs delusions of grandeur. Amazing that she is still around after all her terrible decisions but i guess it shows MHs total disdain for customers.
CB is out too. Next up, the CSMs for the other product lines PAAS, IAAS, Etc.
Is CB out too? That org wasn't liked by Executive Management in Support and supposedly CR wanted her gone last year.
Organization was all remote, so no "location" affected. Count is still being tallied.
How many, which locations ?
