Magically appx 8mil is being made for stock. The facility will be in good shape for 2080 by the time anything will accurately be shipped. The future is bright.

Gateshead is ran from Kintore, new structure has everyone reporting ultimately to that facility who along with Houston will take all of the products. New silent assassin and his team moved from Bedlington but job never advertised by management. Corrupt or sneaked into take work without fuss created. President gone? Nope, planing the closure.

Scottish leaders ??? I thought we were an American company ???
Also a position filled from within Gateshead or NOV.
We all know the plan a couple of years ago was to move werk to Houston but that President has gone a long time ago

Test area has been granted almost a million, common knowledge. Let that sink in while worried about paying bills and yes it's in the hands of kojak and floor sweeper but he's uncle has got his back and promoted to run fitting section. Also correct getting measured for new uniform today, all in work time. Waste money? No new work. Late deliveries. Long lead times. Expensive. Poor quality. Easily to work out what's going to happen, get out while you can.

Why the f##k would they waste a million in test bays, absolute BS as no way that would be invested let alone given to production manager. There is an engineering department who design test equipment and gateshead make systems for pressure testing and moving valves. Don't believe the hype, its closing unless figures improve in the next 2 months. Gerry the Berry knows.

How can the shopfloor take the hit for management and supervision being a joke? Supervisors on some section are working every hour available when no overtime for people making money? Who signs this off? Scottish leaders need to spend time and speak with people producing and not listening to fairytails from management. Numbers don't lie and we will be the ones suffering from there incompetence. Sad days from what used to be a good place to work.

Shambles by management yet again and shop floor taking the hit. Hopefully new upper management will see how incompetent they are at wasting money, to rub a bit more in let's get new work clothes today for shop floor. Money wasted along with the reported million given for new test bays to management with no experience of pressure testing. Unbelievable and hopefully changes are made before it gets closed for good, it's the only way gateshead will be saved.
