Focus is certainly on cost cutting and consolidating site working. Don't see much concern for client service.

I’d say it’s more like they haven’t followed all the correct procedures. I could be wrong though. What an absolute cluster fook of a company. Glad I’m out of it.

We've been told now that the latest redundancies are deferred for a few more months, this, on the day we're due to be told you are/are not being made redundant because they dont know yet if they need to keep certain roles now. So what procedure is being followed here? Its definitely not what is in the ACAS code of practice that's for certain. Once again, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing
