Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC saying it is moving labor to low-cost countries is just a smoke screen for investors. Companies that are truly interested in this explore all BRIC options and even options outside of that such as places like the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and others. Just offloading labor strategies to Indian providers is lazy and proves that DXC doesn't even have a good plan around that. This is simply a ploy by ML to hoodwink investors into thinking he is doing something productive and force the stock price to rise by peer speculation. I am from the US and abhor the strategies, but at least if you are going to do it, you should be competent and vigilant at it and save some real money. India is now considered to be a medium cost provider, not a low-cost one and it is just easy for DXC to work with established Indian firms that do this for a living and make it easy on management. This is just like ML and team to not even do something nefarious correctly.
