The debt exchange was completed. At least one of the credit rating firms said the deal was "tantamount to default." Should be interesting.

If only the CEO would bring call centers back to mainland USA and only carry items made in USA.

I've worked for Kmart for years and now I'm being wrongly accused of theft at my store on Aramingo Avenue Philadelphia. Stores closing soon, I don't know if I should fight it and get my severance or just walk. Hate this place.

Sears numbers came out today and they beat the street estimated across the board!! Stock is up over 10% in after hours trading!!! No more closings! Transformation is working!
