Thought it was funny how we got a message about ethical behavior yet Sabre won't have the decency to issue A WARN notice but would rather use sleight of hand to avoid bad press

Where in Colombia.

Sabre started hiring in Colombia, this info comes from a VERY truthful source. It is has become way too expensive for Sabre to keep the move folks. Imagine salaries have doubled in the last 7 years.

HR in BLR were in meeting rooms more than usual today. Also in the evening some gift wrapped boxes arrived. If anyone has good information please share. Ignorance is not bliss in this case.

In MVD theres a strange vibe going on again and all HR people are on a meeting... so maybe tomorrow some of us will get the boot!

Organizations are ALWAYS required to follow a bell curve when it comes to ratings. HR may label it using some other "politically correct" word but in the end, it's still a bell curve.

There won't be a mass exodus. Most people that still have jobs need those jobs - no reason to leave.

They had better start paying VCP in stock if they want their best people to stay until the IPO or after. There will probably be a mass exodus soon, before the IPO, unless people have a reason to stay.

I do think there will be a very high number of people that leave after March 15, as after that date, people who have been on pins and needles will have the last excuse to stick around go away. I don't think anyone should feel safe or comfortable.

I wonder how many people plan to jump from the ship immediately after receiving VCP? Would anyone worth keeping plan to stay? There's probably plenty of other sea worthy ships to jump to.

cant believe the rumor about closing our MVD centers. do you think that it would be possible? arent we cheaper than other parts of the globe? is there a significant saving compared to Colombia?
