6 people on my team gave their notice the las 2 weeks. No quiet quitting here employees are quitting loud and clear. Be careful those looking for work if Rivian reaches out. Not a good culture now

When will we be screwed?

Several Apple employees who went to Rivian for a bigger salary got laid off. The funny thing was the people they left behind at Apple didn’t miss them. Bad choice of job hops.

Unfortunate for those that got affected.

What's the story currently at Rivian? Is the whole company dying? Or just some departments? What's the mood there now? I'd guess too many working from home?
