Rivian is in freefall. There'll be many more layoffs before things stabilize once again. Thinking that you are safe because two major layoff rounds just took place is naive. I wouldn't be surprised if there are at least two more similar rounds with a similar number of laid-off people. IMHO.

My PM just quit today. The flood gates are open no one is staying. Everyone is actively looking.
