I also see SQM "re-orged", meaning former VP manager is now a peer of former direct reports. In other words a euphemism for "on the way out". Happy Fiscal New Year, IT. Out with the old, in with the less old.

The old RJ is gone. No one that has a say cares to fix it. In THEIR OPINION, the old RJ is the reason for the mess they have to clean up. I'm saddened by the loss, but I too will be gone from here shortly won't look back.
