@ZkbsobF-xqu: " Older employees no tomorrow, New hires will replace high salary employees gradually". Thanks for admitting that Lenovo willfully participates in age discrimination.
"The tasks in US will gradually be moved to other cheaper area." And thanks again for admitting that Lenovo is ultimately a Chinese-government backed sweatshop that only cares about keeping costs low, no matter what lies executive management tries to push out to try make this company appear any different.
@xqu - "Older employees no tomorrow, New hires will replace high salary employees gradually" - This is how you fail... Experienced people know what they're doing. New hires, even experienced ones, need time to get up to speed on complex software and processes. Plugging new people in and expecting immediate productivity is the epitome of poor, clueless, and careless management.
"The tasks in US will gradually be moved to other cheaper area." – This, is also how you fail. It looks great to have a cheap labor force which will help drive the stock price up (a little), but real innovation happens in the US, most of Europe, and Japan. This has been proven for decades. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Oh, and Lenovo (In the US) does NOT treat their employees well, unless you are an incompetent yes-man whose buddies from IBM has inflated his position to 3 bands beyond his actual capability. And, yes, I'm using male pronouns because the glass ceiling is very much alive for women and minorities.
The tariffs will teach them.
That will teach them Dagnammit
William is that you with the fake Chinese “accent”
By a cheaper area do you mean a place without clean air and water?
Cheaper area = slave labor
What does older employees have to do with anything?
Lenonovo treats there employees like c-ap.
LENOVO did treat their employees very well !! Older employees no tomorrow, New hires will replace high salary employees gradually. The tasks in US will gradually be moved to other cheaper area.
