The witness could have waited till the review period to get the bonus everyone was promised in all hands. It's is not the management's fault if people are not loyal to qc... it was a foolish to depart now that apple is back..

come on! .. ofcourse they knew ftc was going to go against qcom.. they took their bonuses as soon as apple was resolved. we can't trust this greedy / cunning mgmt anymore.. why wait.
look at MSFT , it's at 1 Trillion market cap.. they must be thanking their stars they didn't give the reins over to SM

Clearly judge says it is because of SM and teams lies and rhetoric that she ruled it this way.. SM and ten take responsibility for this mess and return our hard earned money...
He got a bonus for falling a$$ backwards into a settlement only because Intel folded. This FTC ruling falls solely on SM and legal for not seeing this come about. Not only will the bonus not be returned, but now any chance of extra bonuses to the employees may be gone. I've been at Q for over 5 years and my stock is down 40% since I started, so how is this a good thing?
