Hands up if you work at CItrix and report to a manager that does - absolutely - NOTHING. These managers usually have small teams, not much credibility, practically no experience. They are frantic, chaotic, needy, and spend most of their days in Lala Land. I know, you know who they are. But I’ll give them credit for one thing, they are master manipulators. They have tremendous acting abilities - Oscar worthy. How? Well, everyone knows that these managers aren’t cut for the role, but they have the ability to continue the charade and while other hard working people on their teams get LET GO, they stand strong with empty pride. It’s time for leadership to start identifying these dead weight managers. I understand most of them are “well connected” but it’s time leaders - you know who these dead weight managers are - it’s time.

This post describes 95% of the managers in IT. I can go down the list and tell a story about each one, and show how they don’t really do anything. There is a puppet master up above that keeps making up random teams in re-orgs for his pals.
@ZOg3XS3-1cpz is a massive koolaid guzzler...so pathetic
Lol! You think the company doesn’t know they are married? What a dumba*! This post is truly hysterical.
Unfortunately these dead weights are servicing the bosses or are family members of the “incest is best” club at sh--rix. There are well known examples where there are husband-wives in the same organization. The only reason they are not spotted is because the wife kept her maiden name. There are other examples where the SVP and the manager are cousins but have different last names so again are not reported to the ethics committee.
All of this will come back to bite the corrupt organizations when the acquisition is completed. Much misery will prevail.
The company would be so much more effective and agile when these good for nothing useless , dead weight managers are fired.
