Qwomen is just for show. So the judge will be happy. Nothing practical actually happened.
Sorry to hear this happening in your team... you can reach out to your organization VP/ contact your HR-rep for your QWomen leader who can help... they also run monthly QWomen meetings where you can voice your concerns...
only woman in management is HR. And she is NOT and engineer. Women engineer are the forgotten !
Well at least in my team women are not being promoted or sent to business trips while other team members are been sent and the worst part is my male coworkers skills are below the womens in our team. Not fair.
