This current generation of GE leadership needs to know that Boulwarism is a dead concept. Maybe they will learn only after a strike and the offers are not good enough.

Remember last time they said we had no work then out of nowhere we had that mega deal. I'm pretty sure Schenectady is getting this Iraqi deal. Stand strong
Strike when there’s no work .....sounds like a great plan
If we don't strike, then we're telling them that what we have already is more than enough and they will try to take it back. A strike is the only thing we can do to prove how much we want to keep what we have because we need it that badly! STRIKE STRIKE STRIKE!!! This is what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls! If we fold now, we will be seen as weak and they will take us down even quicker next time!! I'd rather strike on my feet than work on my knees!!
Strike! Or not. It doesn't matter.
As Jack would say " You can't handle a strike" You guys won't strike, Now back to work your overpaid now!
@ZIPQo2A-xkc, no need to worry, my guess is that @ZIPQo2A-ooa, can hold a convention of his/her supporters in a phone booth. Probably still have plenty of room left :-)
Can you please do the math and figure out that going out on strike doesn't help you financially. Work under the current contract and keep talking.
Great idea, strike, and with over capacity in Power Division make Schenectady a target for closure. Brilliant.
Contract is garbage my vote is STRIKE
