Folks the ink is not dry but we all know here at corporate that the full timers are going to be a thing of the past. Bed Bath and Beyond can’t afford benefits anymore. There’s money of course but for the executives only. Hang on it’s going to be ugly. Believe it or not it’s the sad truth.

To @Z6u7Cqg-itl, any full timer making more than $15/hour and receiving benefits is costing the company more money than they are willing to spend. If you’ve been told that your pay is capped, you’ve been earmarked for a future round of layoffs. We all know that, we are all expendable (DMs/RMs excluded, of course). You don’t believe that, but you probably also believe the company is doing well and there’s nothing wrong with us, too, so keep burying that head in the sand, that way you won’t see the butcher’s knife coming to cut off your head and kick you out of your job.
i have been out almost 2 months. I still can't believe i was let go for doing a "direct ship." The job market is wide open, but age and salary are taking its toll. Personally the manager who made the complaint about the direct ship should have been let go. The company would have saved over $70,000 instead of the $23, 000 on me.
More lies..give it up!!! You have 0 proof just like all the other id--ts here!!
I’m in a Missouri store and it’s beyond bad, I’m going to be sad to see my store go under, my SM and DM won’t fight for anyone except themselves
