People Lead

Anyone else interested in people lead role that is currently not in personnel already? I am thinking about it because of my degree.

This would give me a .33 increase before I'd be capped again. NOT worth it in my opinion.

@YmPqoRF-2mig I make more than $18/hr. I wonder if there will be a new clause about how far above start rate you can make. I wonder if they would find a way to not give me the 10% increase.

For those with a 4 year degree in HR, doesn’t it make more sense to work for a Company that will pay you what you are truly worth and work Mon- Fri 8-5 like HR usually do? I can’t understand why someone with a degree would want to settle for this people lead position.

OMG agree, cheap help for a 4 year degree. Let me tell you, I don't know anyone already in HR that gets paid 18 an hour. They get paid a heck of alot more and they don't work for Walmart. Heck, my degree is worth more than working for a company that pays 18 an hour, plus having to work late nights, weekends and holidays. Yep, not for this kid. I am not STUPID.

18.00 a hour and have a 4 year degree. That's cheap help for a degree that should be paying 80,000
